The Anne Arundel County Moms group
Besides maintaining several message boards, we meet weekly for playgroups, and monthly for a moms' night out. Family get-togethers are held occasionally. We are composed of full or part-time stay-at-home moms, work-at-home moms, and those who earn a living outside the home. While quite a few of us do attend regular playgroups, some are usually unavailable to meet during the day, choosing instead to get to know each other mainly through our message boards and evening or weekend outings.

Stroller Strides is a stroller fitness class where mom can workout with her baby. It's a great way to get in shape, be with your baby and meet other moms! The classes consist of a Power Walk or run, combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. The classes are designed to accommodate all levels of exerciser and are taught by certified fitness instructors.
