Infancy to Independence is a weekly parent-run playgroup and parent education center in the New Orleans area. We currently have operational chapters in Uptown, the Westbank, and River Ridge. Children up to 6 years of age learn and grow through free play, creative projects, music and enriching experiences while parents share advice on child rearing and discuss a wide range of topics. We work together to provide an atmosphere for positive parent-child interaction and to find ways to make parenting easier and more enjoyable.
