Invitation
Write your information on a fish cut out of card stock. Use glitter and puff paint to make it more decorative.
Decorations
Cut different sea life animals, fish, starfish, jellyfish, etc., out of card stock and hang from the ceiling with string and tape. Use pieces of crepe paper cut in different size strips to hang from the ceiling as well for more of an under the sea mood.
