String, Yarn, or Toilet Paper
Scissors
How to Play:
Have each player guess how big the mother-to-be is by measuring the amount of string they think it will take to go around her stomach. The player, who is the closest, wins.
Baby Shower Word Scramble
Supplies:
Paper
Pens or Pencils
How to Play:
Pick a few common baby words, and scramble them up. Have each player unscramble the mystery baby words. Set a short time limit to make it more exciting.

Supplies:
Questions about Mom, Dad and Baby

Pens or Pencils
How to Play:
Give the players a time limit to answer all of the questions.

What name(s) do Mom & Dad have picked for baby?
What theme did Mom & Dad pick for baby?s nursery? How many kids do Mom & Dad eventually want to have?
Pins in Rice
Supplies:
Bowl

How to Play:
Get a bowl of rice...mix small safety pins and large safety pins in the bowl. One at a time each person gets a blindfold put on then give them 30 seconds to reach in with one hand and pick out safety pins(with just your fingers). Small pins are 2pts and large 1. The person with the most pts wins. This is harder than you would imagine.

Baby Doll Relay
Supplies:
Baby doll
Blindfolds
diaper
baby clothes
How to Play:
Blindfold the mom to be and have her diaper and dress a baby doll. Only give her 45 seconds to do so. This game is also fun if you split people up into two teams and then have them compete to finish first. You would be amazed at how funny this game is and how that poor little doll will be dressed when time is up.

The Birthday closest to Baby's
As each guest arrives, ask them the month and day of their birthday. Whoever has the birthday closest to the baby's due date (or actual birth date if the baby has already been born) wins.

Sticker Game
Prior to the guest arriving, place a cute baby sticker underneath one plate or saucer.
After everyone is done with refreshments, tell them to look underneath their plate. Whoever has the sticker wins.

Door Prize Idea
As each guest arrives, have them fill out an envelope with their name and address and place it in a basket. You can draw the names for your prizes and centerpieces. The envelopes go to the mom to be used for thnk you notes

Baby Bottle Guessing Game
Supplies:
Baby bottle
Candy (choose one of the mom-to-be's favorite candies so she can keep the bottle and enjoy the candy after the shower)
How to Play:
Fill the bottle with candy. Be sure to count each piece as you put it in. Let each of the players, guess, how many candies are in the bottle. The person with the closest number wins.
Diaper Pin "BABY" Game
As each guest arrives, pin a diaper pin to them. Each time someone says the word "baby", the guest that catches them, gets the other person's baby pin. The person with the most diaper pins wins.
